Схема усилителя мощности на микросхеме TDA7266, даташит (3-18В, 1-7Вт)

Микросхема TDA7266 среди прочих микросхем-интегральных УМЗЧ выделяется тем, что способна работать в очень широком диапазоне питающего напряжения, — от ЗV до 18V при этом меняется только выходная мощность. Это позволяет использовать ИМС TDA7266 для ремонта практически любой аудиоаппаратуры, вышедшей из строя по причине неисправности УМЗЧ.

На рисунке 1 приводится типовая схема микросхемы TDA7266, ниже таблица параметров (материалы взяты из «дата-шита»).

Как видно из графика на рис.4, при напряжении питания ЗV выходная мощность составляет 1,5W на канал, что вполне пригодно для портативной аппаратуры, а при напряжении питания 18V уже вполне приличные 15-18W, достаточные для малогабаритного аудиоцентра.

На рисунке 5 для примера приводится график зависимости коэффициента нелинейных искажения (THD) от выходной мощности при напряжении питания 9V.

На рисунке 6 показана рабочая схема УМЗЧ на ИМС TDA7266, которую без проблем можно «имплантировать» в неисправную аудиоаппаратуру.

Минимальное количество навесных элементов позволяет монтировать УМЗЧ на этой микросхеме даже без применения печатной платы. Можно закрепить микросхему на радиаторе, отогнуть выводы как удобно в конкретном случае, и весь монтаж выполнить навесным способом прямо на выводах микросхемы.

Двухканальный усилитель на TDA7266 7Вт+7Вт

Еще один простейший стерео вариант усилителя на микросхеме TDA7266 представлен в этой статье. Выпускается она с несколькими буквенными индексами, от которых зависят её характеристики и исполнение.

К статье приложена печатная плата, которая предназначена для сборки стерео варианта УНЧ выполняемого на таких аналогах, как TDA7266, TDA7266S, TDA7266SA, TDA7266N и TDA7266B.

Вышеописанные аналоги конструктивно исполнены в корпусах MULTIWATT-15 и CLIPWATT-15, имеющие 15 выводов с одинаковым обозначением и их расположением. Внешне эти корпуса отличаются незначительно. Основное отличие это способ крепления к радиатору.

Есть еще более мощный аналог, который обеспечивает выходную мощность 12+12Вт, описан он в статье «Усилитель на TDA7297 (12+12 Ватт)».

При покупке микросхемы TDA7266 нужно быть внимательнее с буквенным индексом, так как может встретиться TDA7266M, которая также выполнена в корпусе MULTIWATT-15, но предназначена исключительно для одноканального усилителя.

Может ещё встретиться микросхема TDA7266L, предназначенная также для моно усилителя, но вдобавок еще выполняется в корпусе с десятью выводами.

Вариант исполнения TDA7266D изготавливается в SMD корпусе для поверхностного монтажа.

Схема двухканального усилителя на TDA7266

Конденсаторы C2, C3, C5 керамические. Электролитические конденсаторы напряжением 25В. Резисторы мощностью 0.125Вт и более (я устанавливал мощностью 0.25Вт).

Для отвода тепла от микросхемы необходимо установить радиатор с применением теплопроводной пасты. Радиатор должен иметь площадь поверхности более 100см2.

Функции ST-BY и MUTE

Делитель напряжения, состоящий из резисторов R1 и R2, обеспечивает автоматический запуск усилителя при подаче на него напряжения питания.

Теперь для понимания. Вывод 7 отвечает за режим ST-BY, а вывод 6 за режим MUTE. Для вывода усилителя из спящего режима, нужно на вывод 7 подать более +1.8 Вольта. А для отключения беззвучного режима на вывод 6 необходимо подать более +4.1 Вольта. Делитель напряжения R1R2 делит напряжение питания Vs вдвое, разделенное пополам оно поступает на выводы 6 и 7, тем самым отключая режимы MUTE и ST-BY. Установив в разрыв этих выводов кнопки, можно по отдельности управлять режимами.
